The commitment to dialogue begins to bear fruit in the Colombian crisis after the National Unemployment Committee (CNP) made a call to lift the blockades, although protesters in the neighborhoods where they maintain them criticize the little legitimacy that the unions have in the protest. In 'Puerto Resistencia', the blockades at the entrance to the neighborhood have been converted into booths in the middle of Simon Bolivar street, one of the main streets in Cali, and into monuments to the 'resistance' such as that of a ten-meter tall fist made with wires.
