Having ever acted as the goalkeeper coach of Serbia's U17 national team, 35-year-old Igor Baletic came to Qiongzhong in 2019 and took over as the goalkeeper coach of Qiongzhong Women's Football team.\r\nDuring the training, Igor is quite strict with players, providing frequent guidance and demonstrations. When the players make good save, Igor will always cheer for them without any reservation. \r\nIn Qiongzhong, Igor lives a simple and full life. Besides training, he works hard on Chinese learning online, aiming to make it easier to communicate with players. Now, he is already able to speak some simple Chinese words and making progress with the help of assistant coach. \r\nEvery day after training, Igor makes video calls with his family members. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Igor's family can't come to China for a union. 'It's a bit pitiful, ' Igor Baletic said, 'but I'd like to show my sincerest appreciation for China's help. China sent Serbia medical experts, supplies and coronavirus vaccines over the course of the pandemic, and not long ago, I also received COVID-19 vaccine injection here. Thank you, China!''
