Descriere: epaselect epa08827779 Jeannette Martinez walks along the highway that connects southern Chile with the Metropolitan Region of Santiago, at the height of San Fernando to get to the Palacio de la Moneda and report the violations suffered by both her daughters and herself, in San Fernando, Chile, 18 November 2020. About 250 kilometers is what separates the southern Talca from the Chilean government headquarters in the capital. That is the path that the brave Jeannette MartĂnez took on foot this week to make visible the violations suffered by both her daughters and herself and denounce impunity. She was four years old when a relative abused her, but her mother did not believe her then. Her oldest daughter, who is now 31, was also raped as a child, but out of 'fear' she did not tell about it until two decades later. The last victim was his youngest daughter, his 'little girl', who was forced last September by her partner at the time. EPA/ALBERTO VALDES ACOMPAÑA CRĂ'NICA***
