epa08631112 Migrants arrive in a sailing boat at the port of Rhodes Island, Dodecanese, Greece, 28 August 2020. A vessel carrying 50 refugees issued an SOS signal 20 miles southeast off the island of Rhodes in the evening on 27 August 2020. The distress signal was reportedly sent by one of the passengers who called the European Emergency Number 112, reporting a fire at the boat's engine room.
