Descriere: epa07725189 A view of a chandelier inside Cecilienhof Palace in Potsdam, Germany, 18 July 2019. Media reports that descendants of former German emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II from the House of Hohenzollern, led by Georg Friedrich Ferdinand Prince of Prussia, are claiming the right of residence for Cecilienhof Palace. Built from 1913 to 1917, the palace was home to Crown Prince William, the son of Kaiser Wilhelm II. Later it hosted the Potsdam Conference after the end of World War II. In July and August 1945, Winston Churchill, Harry S. Truman and Joseph Stalin literally reorganized the world from there. The claims of the House of Hohenzollern might end up in court, whereas the German Foundation Prussian Palaces and Gardens, which is running the museum Cecilienhof is planning a special exhibition for next year's 75th anniversary of the Potsdam Conference.
