The South African Weather Service has advised of strong winds and heavy rainfall over Cape Town and surrounds until 24 July as two cold fronts approach. The rain predicted is 50 mm and a warning of mud slides has been issued. The Cityâs Disaster Risk Management Centre is on alert for the impact of the gale force winds that have been forecast.
