The government passed today a package of fiscal changes, as government ordnance, that includes: reduction of the social contributions by two percent, reducing the income tax (excluding dividends), transferring social contributions from employer to employee. Prime minister Tudose said at the beginning of the government meeting that the government wants to introduce some very firm measures to stop outsourcing profits, referring to multinational companies.
